Length distribution of periodic orbits of unitary discrete tent maps

The discrete unitary (reversible) analogues of the continuous (irreversible)tent maps are numerically investigated, in particular, the lengths probabilitydistribution of their periodic orbits. It is found that its density can be wellapproximated by the inverse proportional law.
